High-tech mental and physical torture is inflicted extra judicially with "classified" technology on many targeted individuals in many countries, including Spain. Nobody much cares. For the first time in human history, we have a system of laws and treaties that are supposed to protect the rights of all. They fail to do so because of corruption.
